Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of intimatefans.com (the "service"). The service is operated by the administrator of the intimatefans.com service, referred to here as "we", "us" or "IntimateFans". By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, our Content Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What IntimateFans is

IntimateFans is a fan subscription platform for adult content. Adult creators and couples publish photos, videos and messages, and sell monthly subscriptions, subscription bundles, pay-per-view posts and paid messages. Fans buy access to that content and can send tips. We provide the platform, process payments through third party payment processors, review content and pay creators their share. We are not a party to the creative work itself and we do not produce creator content.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority and the legal age to view adult content where you live.
• You must not use the service where adult content is illegal for you to access.
• You must not use the service if we have previously suspended or closed your account.

Minors are never allowed on IntimateFans, as fans or as performers. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we close it at once.

3. Your account

You register with an email address and a password and confirm the address with a code we email to you. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for everything done under your account. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has access to it. One person may hold one fan account and one creator account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented or shared.

4. Creators

4.1 Verification of every performer

Before a creator can publish anything or receive any payout, every performer on the page uploads a government ID document (passport, ID card or driving licence) and a selfie. A person on our team reviews it, usually within one business day. On a couple page, both partners pass this check with their own accounts. Fans never see legal names or documents; the page shows only the display name the creator chooses.

4.2 Co-performers and release forms

Anyone else who appears in a post must have their own IntimateFans account that passed the ID check. The creator adds the co-performer's email to the post, and the co-performer reads the release and signs it by typing their legal name exactly as on the verified ID. A post cannot be published until every co-performer has signed. A co-performer may decline, in which case the post is never published, and may later ask for removal at any time through [email protected]. The signed release is stored with the post.

4.3 Content review

Every post, message attachment and profile photo is reviewed by a person on our team before anyone else can see it. We may refuse or remove any content that breaks these terms, the Content Policy or the law. You confirm that you own or have all rights and consents needed for everything you upload, that everyone shown was 18 or older when it was produced, and that everyone shown consented to its production and publication.

4.4 Fees and earnings

• Joining is free. There is no setup fee and no creator plan.
• IntimateFans keeps a flat platform fee of 20 percent of every sale (subscriptions, bundles, pay-per-view posts, paid messages and tips). The creator keeps 80 percent.
• Each sale becomes available for payout 7 days after it is paid.
• You can request a payout once your available balance reaches $10 and your ID check is approved. Payouts are sent by bank transfer or crypto, within 3 business days of the request.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for the accuracy of your payout details.
• We may hold or reverse earnings tied to a sale that is refunded under the Refund Policy, charged back, unauthorized, or connected to a breach of these terms.

4.5 Couple pages

A couple page is one public page with two performers. The page owner invites the partner by email and sets the earnings split, which both partners must confirm. Changing the split needs both confirmations again. Every sale is divided according to the confirmed split when it is paid, and each partner requests their own payout.

4.6 Prices

Creators set their own prices within the limits of the service: a monthly subscription between $4.99 and $49.99, optional 3 and 6 month bundles with a discount the creator chooses, pay-per-view posts and paid messages from $5 to $200. Tips range from $5 to $100.

5. Fans

• Each purchase is paid on its own, at the exact price shown, on a secure checkout page. There is no wallet, no top-up and no stored balance.
• A subscription covers one month, or the length of the bundle you choose. Nothing renews by itself. We send you a reminder before it ends, renewing is a new payment of the same price, and if you do not renew, access ends on the last day you paid for.
• Pay-per-view posts and paid messages unlock the specific item you bought for as long as the creator's content remains available on the service.
• Tips are voluntary gifts to the creator and do not buy any specific content or service.
• All payments are final as described in the Refund Policy.

6. License to view content

When you buy access to content, the creator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view it on the service for your own private use. You may not download, record, screenshot for sharing, copy, resell, publish or redistribute any content, in whole or in part. Every photo a fan opens carries a watermark with the fan's handle. We use it to discourage leaks and to trace and take down copies.

7. Intellectual property

Creators keep ownership of their content. By uploading, a creator grants IntimateFans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, watermark and deliver that content on the service to the people who are entitled to see it, and to show free teasers and blurred previews on the creator's public page. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or for safety records. The IntimateFans name, logo, design and software belong to us and may not be used without permission.

8. Reporting and takedowns

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content through the report page, linked on every page. A report that someone may be under 18 takes the post offline at once pending review. Copyright notices and requests to remove leaked or non-consensual content follow our DMCA and Takedown Policy.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Breaking the Content Policy or any law.
• Asking for or offering payment outside the service, or arranging in-person meetings.
• Harassing, threatening or impersonating anyone.
• Scraping, downloading in bulk, or removing watermarks.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service, or creating accounts by automated means.
• Using stolen payment details or filing false payment disputes.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account, remove content and withhold earnings connected to the breach if you break these terms or the law, if we are required to by law, or to protect users, performers or the service. Where the law requires it and it is safe to do so, we tell you why. Creators keep the right to payout of earnings that are not connected to a breach, subject to the ID check and payout rules above.

11. Disclaimers

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we provide it as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Creators are responsible for their own content and statements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IntimateFans is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us, or the fees we kept from your sales, in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional misconduct.

13. Applicable law and disputes

Disputes about these terms or the service are handled under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts available to you under those laws. 14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We show the date of the latest version at the top of this page, and for material changes we notify account holders by email or on the site before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after the change, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
