Age of all performers

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on intimatefans.com were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was produced.

Role of IntimateFans

intimatefans.com is operated by the administrator of the intimatefans.com service. IntimateFans is a hosting platform for content created and uploaded by independent creators. IntimateFans is not the primary producer, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of the content creators upload. Creators who produce and upload content are responsible for complying with the record-keeping requirements that apply to them as primary or secondary producers under those laws.

Verification and records kept by IntimateFans

• Every performer, including both partners on a couple page and every co-performer in a collaboration, uploads a government ID document and a selfie before any content showing them can be published.
• A person on our team reviews each document to confirm the performer's identity and that they are 18 or older.
• Every co-performer signs a release by typing their legal name exactly as on their verified ID. The signed release, with the time, IP address and a fingerprint of the exact text signed, is stored with the post.
• No post can be published until every performer shown has been verified and every co-performer has signed.
• Every upload is reviewed by a person before it becomes visible.

IntimateFans keeps these identity records and signed releases in restricted storage for as long as the law requires.

Exempt content

Content on intimatefans.com that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct, such as profile photos, lingerie, glamour or boudoir imagery, may be exempt from the record-keeping requirements. IntimateFans still requires the same age and identity verification for every person shown.

Requests concerning records for content on intimatefans.com can be made in writing to [email protected]. Please identify the content by its link. Requests from authorities are handled as required by law.

Reporting concerns

If you believe anyone shown on the service may be under 18, use the report page. Such a report takes the post offline at once pending review. See also our Content Policy.
