Content Policy

IntimateFans is a platform for adult content made by consenting, verified adults. This policy sets out what is allowed, what is never allowed and how we enforce it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What is allowed

Adult content, including nudity and sexual content, made by people who are 18 or older, who have passed our ID check, and who consent to its production and publication on IntimateFans. Every person shown must be a verified performer on the page or a co-performer who signed a release for that post.

What is never allowed

• Anyone under 18, or anyone who appears to be under 18, in any content. This includes role play, costumes, props, captions or descriptions that suggest a minor, such as school settings or words implying youth.
• Non-consensual content of any kind, including hidden camera recordings, content filmed or shared without the consent of everyone shown, revenge porn and leaked private material.
• Content of anyone who is asleep, unconscious, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent.
• Incest themes, including role play between people presented as relatives.
• Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals.
• Violence, blood, extreme or degrading content, and content that promotes self-harm.
• Sale or promotion of drugs, weapons or other illegal goods.
• Escorting, prostitution, offers of in-person meetings or sexual services.
• Hate speech, harassment or threats against anyone.
• Impersonation of another person, or use of someone else's photos or identity.
• Content showing anyone who has not signed a release for that post.
• Copyrighted material you do not own or have no right to use.
• Asking fans to pay outside IntimateFans, or sharing payment details for off-platform payment.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

Any child sexual abuse material leads to immediate removal, a permanent ban of every account involved, blocking of the file by its fingerprint so it cannot be uploaded again, preservation of evidence and a report to the relevant authorities and hotlines as required by law. Known illegal files are blocked at upload and the uploader is banned.

How review works

• Every performer passes an ID and age check, reviewed by a person, before anything can be published.
• Every post, message attachment and profile photo is reviewed by a person on our team before anyone else can see it.
• Posts with co-performers stay unpublished until every co-performer has signed a release.
• We may remove content, refuse uploads, suspend accounts and withhold earnings connected to a breach of this policy.

How to report content

Anyone can report content through the report page, linked on every page. No account is needed. A report that someone may be under 18 takes the post offline at once pending review. If you appear in content without your consent, or a co-performer wants a post removed, write to [email protected] and we handle it with priority. Copyright claims follow our DMCA and Takedown Policy.
