Refund Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

This policy covers every purchase made on intimatefans.com. It is part of our Terms of Service.

All payments are final

Subscriptions, subscription bundles, pay-per-view posts, paid messages and tips are final and non-refundable once the access you paid for is delivered. Content is unlocked the moment the payment goes through, so it cannot be returned. Before you pay, the checkout page shows the exact item and price.

The only exceptions

We refund a payment only in one of these cases.

  1. Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same item.
  2. Unauthorized charge. A payment was made without your permission and this is proven, for example the card was used by someone else.
  3. Total failure of the service. The access you paid for was never delivered because of a fault on our side, and we cannot fix it.

A creator deleting a post after you have viewed it, disliking the content, or a subscription you paid for and did not use are not grounds for a refund.

Renewal reminders

Nothing renews by itself and no card is kept on your account. Before each paid period ends we email you a reminder with a link to renew, which is a new payment of the same price. You can turn these reminders off in your account. Not renewing does not refund the period you already paid for. You keep access until that period ends.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Write from the email on your account, include the receipt reference from your confirmation email and explain what happened. We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most problems are solved quickly by email. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is open, and a chargeback found to be unjustified may lead to closure of the account.

Consumers in the EU and UK

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content this right ends once delivery starts with your agreement. At checkout you ask for immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is given. After that, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Your other statutory rights, including rights when digital content is faulty or not supplied, are not affected.
