DMCA and Takedown Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

The administrator of the intimatefans.com service respects the rights of creators and of everyone shown in content. This policy explains how to ask us to remove material that infringes your copyright, how to respond if your content was removed, and how we handle leaked or non-consensual content.

Sending a copyright notice

Send your notice by email to [email protected] with "DMCA notice" in the subject. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act it must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorised to act for the copyright owner;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the link to each item on intimatefans.com you want removed;
  4. your name, email address and other contact details;
  5. a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to the material when we receive a complete notice and inform the user who uploaded it. Sending a notice you know to be false may make you liable for damages.

Counter notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, send a counter notice to [email protected] with "DMCA counter notice" in the subject. It must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. a description of the removed material and the link where it appeared before removal;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, email address and other contact details, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court for the judicial district where you live (or, if you live outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We forward the counter notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing material. Earnings connected to infringing content may be withheld.

Leaked and non-consensual content

If content showing you appears on IntimateFans without your consent, or if your own content from another place was uploaded here by someone else, you do not need to send a formal copyright notice. Use the report page or email [email protected] with the link and a short explanation. We treat these requests with priority, take the content offline while we review it, and ban accounts that upload non-consensual material. Co-performers can ask for removal of a post they appear in at any time through the same address.
