2. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Legal obligation. To verify the age and identity of every performer, keep records required for adult content, keep financial and tax records, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
• Legitimate interests. To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, payment abuse and leaks, review content, enforce our terms and defend legal claims. We balance these interests against your rights.
• Consent. Where we ask for it, for example when you confirm you are 18 or older. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

Verification images can reveal sensitive information. We use them only to confirm identity and age, as required by law and to protect people shown in content.

3. How long we keep it

• ID and consent records are kept as long as record-keeping laws for adult content producers require, which is typically the whole time the content is available plus several years after it is removed.
• Account data is kept until you close your account, and after that only for as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes.

Fans never see a creator's legal name or documents. Creators see only the display names and handles of fans.

When data from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we use recognised safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities, together with additional security measures where needed.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;

• ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example ID and release records);
